Before you start: Make sure you have your proxy credentials ready. You can find them in your proxy’s settings page in the catproxy.io Dashboard. You will need:
- Host:

5555 - Username: (e.g.,
cat-customer-...) - Password: (Your proxy’s password)
- Find Proxy Settings: When creating or editing a new browser profile, locate the section or tab named “Proxy”, “Connection”, or “Network”.
- Select Protocol: Choose HTTP or HTTPS as the proxy type/protocol.
- Enter Your Credentials: You will see fields for the following information. Fill them out with your catproxy.io details:

5555 - Login/Username: Your proxy
Username - Password: Your proxy

- Check the Connection: Almost all browsers have a Check Proxy or Test Connection button. Use it to ensure your settings are correct. You should see a success message with the IP address of your proxy.
- Save the Profile: Save the settings to apply them to your new or existing browser profile.
