# Billing Questions

> Answers to common questions about payments, balance, and refunds.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What payment methods do you accept?">
    Catproxy accepts **crypto only**, processed via NOWPayments. Supported currencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and other major cryptocurrencies. We do not accept credit cards or bank transfers.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How does the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan work?">
    With PAYG, you simply top up your account balance with crypto. As your proxies consume traffic, the cost is automatically deducted from this balance based on the per-GB rate for your chosen proxy type. You can learn more in our **[How Billing Works](/guides/billing-usage)** guide.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does my balance expire?">
    No. Your account balance does not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for over 12 months, as stated in our **[Terms of Service](/legal/terms)**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How can I see my payment history?">
    Your complete payment history is available on your **[Billing](https://catproxy.io/app/billing)** page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I set a budget or limit on my spending?">
    Yes! For every proxy you create, you can set a daily or monthly **Usage Limit**. This is a powerful tool to control your costs and prevent unexpected spending. You can configure this on the proxy's settings page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you offer refunds?">
    As a general rule, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund in the case of a technical failure on our side, provided it is reported within 48 hours. Please see our **[Terms of Service](/legal/terms)** for the full policy.
